Free video games are discussed as well as strategies for playing video games.  What platforms are discussed here?  All of them!  It doesn’t matter if you are playing an online RPG like WOW living a fantasy most of your life or if you rather play a stealthy assassin on the Xbox 360.  We have all the latest game information that you are looking for and we also invite our readers to post up their own reviews of games.  Give it to us straight.  Did that video game totally suck or did it have you up until 4:30am every night because you are totally addicted to leveling up your role playing characters?

Playing Video Games for Free

Yes, there are a lot of cool free video games online that you can play on your PC or laptop.  The games just keep getting better and better.  Are you sick of your PS3 today?  Give some online games a try and the simplicity and simple graphics may surprise you by the addicting quality that some of these have.  Playing video games is something that not only gives you a sense of accomplishment that you have achieved something more than just guzzling a 2 liter bottle of Coke in 30 seconds for the caffeine because you ran out of Red Bull.

Get in the Game!  EA Sports!  That’s right, we are sports video game freaks too!  How about a little Madden ’10 or maybe let’s just pick up Madden ’08 in the bargain bin at Best Buy and then smash it with a hammer when you’re done for added fun and value.  Playing video games based on Football and Basketball is a great way to make up for the fact that you sucked at sports.  Who cares how bad you were when you can kick serious butt online and really talk trash like you are a 250 pound linebacker.  Noone knows you just finished your third bag of Doritos and you’re adding water to your empty Mountain Dew bottles to try to get the tasty residue out.  Or was that yellow stuff something else?  The bathroom can seem pretty far away when you’re about to level a major hoard and your clan is talking about who gets to cast the first fart spell to stink them out while the knights chop them up with magical axes with a +5 damage modifier that sends a streak of warm coffee at the enemy to sear their eyes and burn their skin.

That’s what playing video games is all about.  It can be nonsense or you can take it seriously.  Or you can base your entire life on a World of Warcraft character, meet someone, fall in love with them, marry them in real life, and then realize they are kind of ugly and not nearly as cool as their level 15 elf mage with the blue leather miniskirt.  But you married them for their gold.   Once you log in to their account when they are asleep you can transfer their gold into your WOW account and then have the real marriage annulled.  It might be awkward seeing them again online so you might want to think about changing servers and starting over.  Live the dream and start playing video games instead of getting a job.  Or, get a job at a video game store and talk about the old times when you had to role a 39 sided dice to determine how much courage you have.  Make a career out of playing video games online and being the best at it!
